  • After Hours: $127.50 per man per hour (including one-way travel)
  • Holidays: $169.99 per man per hour (New Year's, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve after noon, and Christmas Day)
  • Other Holidays: $127.50 per man per hour (all other holidays)
